India launched the Centenary Celebrations of the Academy of Comparative Philosophy & Religion (ACPR), Belagavi on 1st August 2024, marking 100 years of spiritual and philosophical dialogue. Founded in 1924 by Dr. S. Radhakrishnan and others, ACPR has been a cornerstone of interfaith and ethical studies.
The inaugural event saw the release of a commemorative stamp, coin, and a special publication. Highlights of the centenary year include seminars, interfaith dialogues, youth workshops, and exhibitions exploring global philosophies.
