A Festival of India is being organized in Qatar from February 20 – 27 March, 2019. The Festival will showcase diverse Indian culture, i.e. classical and folk dance and music. Following events will be showcased:
- Contemporary Dance by Disha Creative Dance Group by Ms. Basu Sharma from 20-23 February 2019.
- Instrumental Music Jugalbandi by Anuradha Pal group from 27 February – 3 March 2019.
- Odissi Dance by Rina Jana group from 20-23 March 2019.
- Kalbelia Dance Group of Girdhar Kala Sansthan by Girdhari Lal Dangi from 6-10 March 2019.
- Kathak Dance Group by Rani Khanam from 13-17 March 2019.
- North-East Dance Group ‘Amrapali Repertory’ by Pranaame Bhagwati from 24-27 April 2019.
