Arupa Gayati Panda

Shrimati Arupa Gayati Panda was born on 15 June 1986 in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. She received her formal training in Odissi dance from Shri Pushparanjan Mangaraj, Shrimati Sarita Mishra and Shrimati Madhusmita Mohanty.
Shrimati Arupa Gayatri Panda is a recipient of Junior National Scholarship from CCRT, Sanjukta Panigrahi Scholarship from Sanjukta Panigrahi Memorial Trust and Senior National Scholarship from Ministry of Culture. She is an A grade artist of Doordarshan and an empanelled artist of ICCR. Shrimati Arupa is currently employed as Assistant Professor at the Sri Sri University. She has performed extensively in several prestigious dance festivals throughout the nation. Shrimati Arupa has conducted numerous workshops in Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra and Gujarat for Spic Macay and has also assisted Padma Shri awardee Aruna Mohanty in conducting workshop at the Ohio State University, USA.
Shrimati Arupa Gayatri Panda has received many awards including Guru Kelucharan Mohapatra Yuva Pratibha Samman, Odissi Nrutya Ratna, Aeklavya Samman, Odissi Jyoti Samman and the Shringarmani.
Shrimati Arupa Gayatri Panda is awarded the Ustad Bismillah Khan Yuva Puraskar of Sangeet Natak Akademi for the year 2022 for her notable talent in the field of Odissi dance.
