Bhola Kumar
born on October 10, 1985
Bhola Kumar is an award-winning sculptor and artist from Bihar. He holds a BFA and MFA in Sculpture from Banaras Hindu University and has qualified for UGC Lectureship (NET) in 2012. He received the 62nd National Award from Lalit Kala Akademi (2022) and the Junior Fellowship from the Ministry of Culture (2018). His work has been featured in prestigious exhibitions, including group shows at India International Centre and Lalit Kala Akademi. Bhola has also participated in several international sculpture competitions, such as the Tuwaiq Sculpture Symposium in Saudi Arabia (2024) and the International Ice Sculpture Championship in China (2020). He currently resides in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
