Priyoum Talukdar
born on September 26, 1984, in Barpeta Road, Assam
Priyoum Talukdar is an acclaimed freelance printmaker and painter. He holds a B.F.A. in Graphic Arts from Kokrajhar Music & Fine Arts College (2008) and an M.F.A. in Printmaking from Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwavidyalaya (2010). Talukdar has exhibited internationally, participating in prestigious art events such as the International Triennial of Small Graphic Forms in Poland (2023) and the International Print Biennale in India (2020). He is currently experimenting with surface printing and non-traditional materials to expand the boundaries of printmaking.
